Engineering
Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, you will be at the heart of the transformation process. Your mission covers the entire manufacturing cycle, from preparation to shipping.
Responsibilities
- Melting and Preparation: Preheat metal, manage remelting, and prepare batches.
- Casting: Operate equipment to perform the casting of liquid metal.
- Quality Control: Inspect billets and ensure metallurgical control according to standards.
- Finishing: Carry out homogenization, sawing, and packaging of finished products.
- Safety: Maintain a clean work environment and strictly adhere to health and safety standards.
Required Profile
- Education: High School Diploma (DES) completed (required). A specialized technical diploma is a major asset.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in a factory setting (preferred).
- Technical Skills: * Comfortable using computer tools.
- Forklift operation (1 year of experience preferred).
- Ability to understand and follow complex industrial processes.
- Soft Skills: Autonomy, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety.
- Language: French (required).
Working Conditions
- Rotating Schedule (3-2-2-3): Alternating day and night 12-hour shifts.
- Stability: Full-time, permanent position.
