It is with pleasure that we welcome in early 2019, 5 new operators and 1 electromechanic within our team. We will support their arrival in the team and enable them to live in a dynamic and cooperative environment where each individual, by his involvement and his versatility, plays a determining role.
The main function of the operator is to conduct his metallurgical unit and to ensure the preparation of the materials and products for the casting, to supply the furnace according to the processes, to maintain his workstation clean and to carry out the appropriate adjustments.
The job of the electromecanic is to install, repair, modify and maintain electrical circuits, electrical and electronic systems and communication networks.
They were invited to join our team because they demonstrated that they had the skills and attitude we were looking for to adequately meet the needs of our distinguished customers.
